End Collars (PP65)
End Collars keep the pipes from sliding though the snow guard brackets. An End Collar is required for each end of each pipe on each run of snow guards. A run should not exceed 100’ to allow for thermal expansion.
End Caps (PP56)
End Caps keep moisture and insects from getting inside of the pipes.
Internal Couplings (PP86)
Internal Couplings are used to join pipes together and come assembled and ready for installation. Do Not Over-Tighten the bolt prior to inserting the coupling into the pipe, this will cause the gasket to expand and make installation difficult
External Couplings (PP84)
External Couplings are used to join pipes together. Install the pipe and slide the external coupling over the end until the end of the pipe contacts the dimple.
Ice Flags (PP95)
Ice Flags hang from the pipe between the brackets to help keep ice and snow from sliding underneath. Ice Flags should be placed over the top or middle pipe on two-pipe or three-pipe systems.
Ice Screen (PP98)
Ice Screens attach to the pipe between the bracket to help keep ice and snow from sliding underneath, they are also typically used on Historical Slate roofs. Ice Screens come in 4’ lengths, 5” high; for most installations it will need to be cut to size to fit between the snow guard brackets.
Pipe (PP75) (8' Sections)
