Refund policy

Stock products will be considered returnable within 90 days following receipt of the order. Special Orders may not be returned. Special orders include custom orders as so labeled by Alpine SnowGuards.
Customers returning products agree to pay a 20% restocking fee of the total cost of the order plus shipping cost on all accepted returns.
If the product you purchased from Alpine SnowGuards meets the above conditions, call us at 888-766-4273 with your quote/order number and the quantity of pieces to be returned to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.*
*Returns will not be accepted without a pre-issued RMA.
