Our office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Eastern time Monday through Friday. Our office and production facility are not designed for retail sales. However, if you are planning to be in the area and give us a call ahead of time, we would be glad to meet with you to discuss your snow management needs. You may also pick your order up at our facility if you wish, by calling us in advance to arrange a suitable pick up time.
**Our offices will be closed in observance of the following 2020 holidays: New Years Day (Jan. 1), Memorial Day (May 25), July 3rd, Labor Day (Sep. 7), Thanksgiving and the day after (Nov. 26 and 27), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (Dec. 24 and 25).**

Stock products will be considered returnable within 90 days following receipt of the order. Special Orders may not be returned. Special orders include custom orders as so labeled by Alpine SnowGuards.
Customers returning products agree to pay a 20% restocking fee of the total cost of the order plus shipping cost on all accepted returns.
