Alpine SnowGuards' Return Policy

Products will be considered returnable only within 90 days following receipt of the order; provided, however, special orders (i.e., custom orders as so labeled by Seller or mill-finished products that Seller subcontracts painting, powder coating, or anodizing at Buyer Request) may not be returned to production at the time of return. Buyer agrees to pay a 20% restocking fee of the total cost of the order plus shipping cost on all accepted returns. Buyer must have a return authorization before returning product. If the product you purchased from Alpine SnowGuards meets the above conditions, call us at 888.766.4273 with your quote/order number and the quantity of pieces to be returned for a RMA (return authorization.) We will not accept any returns without a RMA.
