Alpine SnowGuards® Return Policy

Stock products will be considered returnable within 90 days following receipt of the order.

Special Orders (i.e., custom orders as so labeled by Seller or mill-finished products that Seller subcontracts painting, powder coating, or anodizing at Buyer Request) may not be returned.

Buyer agrees to pay a 20% restocking fee of the total cost of the order plus shipping cost on all accepted returns.

If the product you purchased from Alpine SnowGuards® meets the above conditions, call us at 888.766.4273 with your quote/order number and the quantity of pieces to be returned to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

We will not accept any returns without an RMA.
