project based solely upon the information provided by the customer. We will request that
the customer complete and return an installation information sheet along with the executed
order form. The owner, contractor or architect must be knowledgeable about anticipated snow

project. Unless otherwise instructed by the owner, contractor or architect, we rely upon
the snow load capacities specified by geographic region in Minimum Design Loads for
Buildings and Other Structures published by the American Society of Civil Engineers.
